§ 19-42. Motor traffic.

No motor-driven vehicle of any type or description shall be operated or parked off the paved roads in Ella W. Sharp Park at any time; provided, however, that such vehicles may be parked in parking areas designated as such or within ten (10) feet from the nearest edge of the paved roads, at such times as the park is open to the public; provided, further, that the Ella W. Sharp Park Board may designate and post areas within the park where snowmobiles may be lawfully operated at such times as the park is open to the public.
