§ 19-43. Parked vehicles.

Latest version.

Any motor vehicle parked in Ella W. Sharp Park after hours of closing of the park shall be deemed an abandoned vehicle and may be impounded as provided in chapter 25 of this Code. Any person abandoning such vehicle shall be guilty of a violation of this Code.
