§ 17-177. Abatement of public nuisance/prostitution.

Any motor vehicle used for the purpose of prostitution, or used by, or for the use of prostitutes on two (2) or more occasions, is hereby declared a nuisance, and the contents of any such motor vehicle are also declared a nuisance. All such nuisances may be enjoined, abated, and forfeited as hereinafter provided. Any person, firm, or corporation who shall own, lease or maintain any motor vehicle used for the purposes set forth in this section, or where any prostitution is conducted, permitted or carried on, is guilty of maintaining a nuisance.
