§ 17-178. Action to abate; parties.

The City of Jackson, Michigan, may maintain an action in the name of the City in Jackson County Circuit Court (hereinafter "Court") to abate a nuisance as described in section 17-176, and to forfeit the motor vehicle of any person, firm or corporation who shall own, use, lease or maintain any motor vehicle for any of the purposes set forth in said section 17-176.
