§ 12-11.2. Costs of removal.

The costs of removal and disposal of the refuse and discarded items pursuant to sections 12-11 and 12-11.1, plus an additional fee equal to the city's administrative costs, shall be charged to the last known owner and shall constitute a lien against the premises. If not paid within thirty (30) days of the date of the invoice, it shall be collected as provided in Section 15.7 of the City of Jackson Charter.
