§ 12-11. Cleanliness of vacated premises.

All persons, including representatives of firms or corporations, vacating any dwelling, storeroom, apartment or other building and grounds within the city shall remove or cause to be removed from such buildings and grounds, including outbuildings appurtenant thereto, discarded items of every kind and nature whatsoever within forty-eight (48) hours after vacating or removing from such premises.
