§ 7-14. Unpaid charges; forfeiture.

All rights of burial in burial spaces, for which neither perpetual care nor seasonal care have been fully paid, shall be forfeited upon due notice by the city clerk to the owner or the person who has succeeded to the owner's rights, under such reasonable rules and regulations as shall be adopted by the city manager and approved by the city council.
