§ 7-10. Labor charges.

The city manager shall charge and cause to be collected on behalf of the city such fees for work performed in the cemeteries as may be from time to time fixed by the city council. All such fees shall be paid to the city clerk and by him into the city treasury and credited to the cemetery fund.
