§ 17-137.1. Restriction on storage or parking of motor vehicles.

No person or legal entity owning or occupying a single-family dwelling in an R-1 zoned parcel in the City of Jackson may store or park more than five (5) motor vehicles upon the parcel. It shall also be unlawful for any person or legal entity owning or occupying a single-family dwelling on an R-1 zoned lot which is less than sixty (60) feet wide by one hundred twenty (120) feet deep, to park more than three (3) motor vehicles upon the parcel. These restrictions shall not apply to motor vehicles parked inside garages.
