§ 11-13. Uses permitted by conditional use permit in the floodway district.

Any other uses may be permitted within the floodway district, to the extent that they are not prohibited by other ordinances, but only upon application to the zoning board of appeals through the building inspector and upon issuance of a conditional use permit by the zoning board of appeals. The zoning board of appeals, as hereinafter provided, shall have the authority to grant or deny conditional use permits for conditional uses provided in this chapter.
