§ 9-1. Emergency management program.

The city shall provide for the mitigation, preparedness, response and recovery from natural and man-made disasters within the city by being part of the Jackson County Emergency Management Program. The city's emergency management program shall be established through an emergency management resolution which may be amended, as deemed appropriate by the city council.
