§ 7-5. Enforcement.

It shall be the duty of the city manager to see that this chapter and all rules and regulations in respect to cemeteries are strictly enforced. The city clerk shall attend to the selling of lots, and all deeds therefor shall be executed on behalf of the city by the mayor and city clerk.
