§ 5-146. Repeals.

This article does not repeal chapter 11 (flood damage prevention) or chapter 28 (zoning) of the Code of Jackson; however, if any inconsistency arises between chapter 11 or chapter 28 and this article, this article and the state construction code will govern the issue subject to any necessary review required of the planning commission under chapter 11 or chapter 28. In all other respects, any ordinance that is inconsistent with this article is repealed.
