§ 5-71. Assumption of responsibility.

The city hereby expressly assumes responsibilities for the administration and enforcement of the Michigan Mechanical Code, as contained within the Stille-DeRossett-Hale Single State Construction Code Act, MCL 125.1501 et seq., (State Construction Code) including all of its references, incorporations, supplements, and appendices and any amendment to the State Construction Code as may occur from time to time.
