§ 5-4. Penalties.

Latest version.

Any person, firm or corporation who fails to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter or of the building code, plumbing code, electrical code, or mechanical code, or any ruling or regulation promulgated there under, shall, upon adjudication, be punished as provided in Chapter 2.5 of this Code.

Section 2 of Ord.
