§ 3-7. Duty of licensee to cooperate with law enforcement personnel.

No licensee, or agent or employee of a licensee, shall refuse or fail to cooperate with any law enforcement officer in the performance of such officer's duties to enforce this chapter or any provision of Act No. 8 of the Public Acts of Michigan of 1933 (Extra Session) (MCL 436.1 et seq.), as amended.
