§ 2-291. Created; purposes.

There is hereby created a human relations commission to be staffed by the assistant city manager operations, which shall be an official agency of the city, responsible for advising and making recommendations to the city manager and city council concerning good human relations, combating discrimination within the community whenever it exists, and for acting to promote needed change.
