§ 2-281. Continued.

The board of zoning appeals for the city, heretofore created in accordance with Act No. 207 of the Public Acts of Michigan of 1921 (MCL 125.581 et seq.), as amended, is hereby continued. The organization of such board and its powers and duties shall be as specified in chapter 28 of this Code.
