For the purposes of this chapter, the city is hereby divided into the following zoning districts:
R-1 One-family residential district.

R-2 One- and two-family residential district.

R-3 Multiple-family residential district.

R-4 High density apartment and office district.

R-5 Mobile home park district.

R-6 Residential and low intensity office district.

C-1 Neighborhood commercial district.

C-2 Community commercial district.

C-3 Central commercial district.

C-4 General commercial district.

I-1 Light industrial district.

I-2 General industrial district.
