§ 27-186. Miscellaneous charges.

Latest version.

Charges for miscellaneous services provided by the city shall be on a time and materials basis, including direct and indirect costs, as established by the administrator. The administrator may also set charges for the fair share recovery of the cost, including direct and indirect costs, from users for the implementation and operation of any of the following:
(1)

Monitoring, inspection and surveillance procedures.

(2)

Reviewing accidental discharge procedures and construction.

(3)

Stormwater discharge permit applications.

(4)

Annual charges for multi-year permits.

(5)

Other charges as the administrator may deem necessary to carry out the requirements of this article.
