§ 24.5-7. Conduit or utility poles.

Pursuant to Section 4(3) of the Act, obtaining a permit or paying the fees required under the Act or under this article does not give a telecommunications provider a right to use conduit or utility poles. A license issued under this article to use the public rights-of-way for facilities to provide telecommunication services gives only the right to access those poles, conduit, or other facilities specified in the license.
