Each of the trustees, before assuming office, shall give a bond to the city with one
(1) or more sufficient sureties in the sum of at least five thousand dollars ($5,000.00)
to be approved by the city council, conditioned that such trustee shall account to
the city for all moneys, securities or other property belonging to the Ella W. Sharp
Park Fund, which shall come into his hands, and that they and each of them shall faithfully
execute the trust in accordance with the Charter, this Code and the directions of
the city council.
