§ 19-37. Area.

The boundaries of the Ella W. Sharp Park shall be as described in the amendment to Ordinance No. 50 of the city, adopted March 12, 1946, plus such additional land as may from time to time be acquired by the city and designated a part of such park. All timber growing in Ella W. Sharp Park shall be preserved so far as practicable in accordance with the wish of Ella W. Sharp in her will.
