The term
"drug paraphernalia"
as used in this division means any equipment, product or material of any kind or nature
whatsoever which is used, intended for use or designed for use in planting, propagating,
cultivating, producing, processing, preparing, testing, analyzing, packaging, repackaging,
storing, containing, concealing, injecting, ingesting, inhaling or otherwise introducing
into the human body a controlled substance as defined by the Controlled Substance
Act (MCL 333.1701 et seq.), as amended.
