§ 18-136. Indecent or obscene conduct.
No person shall engage in any indecent or obscene conduct in any public place.
In addition to the penalty imposed under section 1-18(a), a person convicted of a violation of this section must provide samples of his or her blood, saliva, or tissue for chemical testing for DNA identification profiling or a determination of the sample's genetic markers and must provide samples of chemical testing for a determination of his or her secretor status as required by state law.
