§ 18-33. False information—Violations of Code.

  • No person shall willfully and knowingly furnish to any law enforcement officer, city official, city officer, city employee, city appointee, or agent of the city, when that law enforcement officer, city official, city officer, city employee, city appointee, or agent of the city is acting in his official capacity, false or deceptive information, or willfully and knowingly make to any such law enforcement officer, city official, city officer, city employee, city appointee, or agent of the city, acting in his official capacity, a false or fictitious report of the commission of any violation of this Code or of any state or federal law.
