§ 17-82. Blowers.

(a)

The use and/or operation of a blower or power fan which creates or emits a sound, which at any one time is in excess of sixty-five (65) dBA as measured at the property lines on a sound level meter using the A-weighting network shall be a violation of this article.

(b)

This section shall not apply to the temporary use and/or operation of a blower or power fan where such use and/or operation involves the delivery of a governmental service upon public property by persons employed by a governmental entity.
