§ 16-496. Records.

Every used motor vehicle dealer shall maintain the records required by Section 251 of Act No. 300 of the Public Acts of Michigan of 1949 (MCL 257.1 et seq.), as amended, which records shall be open to inspection by any police officer of the city during reasonable business hours.
