The Pawnbrokers Act, being 1917 PA 273, as amended, MCL 446.201 et seq., hereinbefore,
the "Pawnbrokers Act" is incorporated by reference as if fully set forth herein. Any
violations of the Pawnbrokers Act shall be considered a violation of this article.
