§ 14-123. Powers and duties.

Except as provided herein, or as otherwise may be established by the city council, the housing commission shall have all the powers and duties vested in housing commissions by Act No. 18 of the Public Acts of Michigan of 1933, as amended, (Extra Session), as amended, (MCL 125.651 et seq.), and any laws which are supplemental thereof.
