§ 14-50. Penalties.

Unless provided otherwise, a violation of any provision of this article is a blight violation subject to the penalties provided in chapter 2.5 of this Code. Each day of violation of a provision of this article relating to the physical condition of any dwelling shall constitute a separate violation.

Section 2 of Ord. No. 2004.22 states: This amendment does not effect any existing litigation and does not abate any action or proceeding pending under or by virtue of this chapter as it existed before this amendment if such litigation or proceeding was filed before December 31, 2004.
