§ 14-11. Notice to owner or responsible local agent.

All notices required by chapters 2.5, 4, 5, 12, 13, 14, 17, 26 or 28 [of this Code] concerning a non-owner occupied residential dwelling may be served by either first class mail, certified mail or personal service upon the owner or upon the responsible local agent, if one has been designated.
