§ 11-2. Statutory authorization.

This chapter is adopted under authority of, and in accordance with the provisions of the City or Village Zoning Act, Act No. 207 of the Public Acts of Michigan of 1927 (MCL 125.581 et seq., MSA 5.2931 et seq.), as amended, and under the Charter of the city to establish comprehensive floodplain zoning regulations for the city and to provide for the administration, enforcement and amendment thereof, and the repeal of all ordinances in conflict herewith.
