§ 11-18. Building permits in floodplain district.

Latest version.

A building permit, as required in the building code, shall be required for any development occurring within the floodplain district, including the placement of a mobile home, even though such development may not involve the actual construction of a building or structure. No building permit shall issue for development in the floodplain district until all conditions are met.
